How do I reset my password?
- Go to the Sign In page and tap "Forgot password?"
- Enter the email address associated with your Music League account.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email from Music League. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
- Click the reset link in the email and choose a new password.
I signed up with Spotify. Do I have a password?
If you originally signed up using "Continue with Spotify," you may not have set a password yet. You can still use "Forgot password?" to create one — enter the email on your Spotify profile, and the reset link will let you set a password for the first time.
After that, you can sign in with either your email and password or Continue with Spotify. Both will sign you into the same account.
I'm not receiving the reset email
A few things to check:
- Make sure you're entering the same email you used to create your Music League account. If you signed up via Spotify, this is the email on your Spotify profile.
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
- Reset emails can take a minute or two to arrive. If you still don't see it after 10 minutes, try again.
Can I still sign in while waiting for the reset email?
Yes. If you originally signed up with Spotify, you can still tap "Continue with Spotify" to sign in while you wait. Resetting your password doesn't affect Spotify sign-in.
